Custom Variant with Four Extra Gemstones

Client wants the ring in a size 11.5. We will add four more gemstones. The two on top of the diamonds will be red rubies while the bottom two will be blue sapphires that the client will decide on shortly. This is a beautiful hand-crafted ring made out of sterling silver. There is a depiction of the Greek god of the sun Helios with on the top of the ring. Helios, sometimes called a Titan, drove a chariot daily from east to west across the sky and sailed around the northerly stream of Ocean each night in a huge cup. The entire face of Helios is made of 24k solid gold and he is flanked by two round cut diamonds also set in 24k gold bezels.
