Shipping policy

Please include the correct and complete street address for your order.
Your order will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service for both domestic and international packages.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number on the day your order is  sent out. This allows you to track the order’s shipping status at all times until it reaches the requested shipping address.

USA SHIPPING

We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected, please read the shipping policy below for online orders. 

Shipping Hours: Monday — Friday, 9 a.m. — 2 p.m. PST, excluding national holidays

Orders are processed between 14-20 business days.  Please note that due to COVID, shipping carriers have delays - ETA's shown at checkout may not be accurate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our hands.

For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we do not refund the amount of the products if they are personalized or custom items.

We do not provide a return shipping label within our packaging as return international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. Magic Hands Jewelry is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Magic Hands Jewelry.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is unclaimed and is sent back to Magic Hands Jewelry, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery costs.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. If you need your item(s) on a specific day, it is your responsibility to let us know. We will do our best to ship your purchases out in time. Please keep in mind that due to COVID, carriers are having delays. These packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

We do not ship to PO Boxes; however, the Bill to address can be a PO Box.
