Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds and returns will not be accepted for custom or personalized items. This includes tungsten rings with gemstones and tungsten rings with engraved exterior designs. All solid gold and sterling silver sales are final.

To start a return, you can contact us at magichandsjewelry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There is 25% restocking fee for non-custom made jewelry.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items, personalized items, final sale items and gift cards.

EXCHANGES 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you have 30 days to return your order for a refund or exchange. There is a 25% restocking fee for non-custom made jewelry. All the non-custom designed items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds or Exchanges are not allowed on special orders or engraved jewelry. If the error or mistake is caused by us, it is our responsibility to replace it with the correct order. Rings with Gemstones and engraved designs are considered as a custom and there is no refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTERNATIVE METAL RINGS CANNOT BE RE-SIZED.

Therefore, if you are not sure about the size, ask a professional jeweler to measure your finger size and specify that you are buying comfort fit band.

Tungsten is extremely durable, scratch resistant, corrosion and tarnish resistant, but they have brittle properties. Tungsten Bands are not shatter proof like Cobalt or Titanium rings, which means that if you apply enough pressure to a tungsten wedding band, the ring will crack or break instead of bending like precious metals. We do not offer warranty and are not responsible for any broken or damaged jewelry.

REFUNDS 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  1. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. 

  2. Any defected item(s) must be reported the day of delivery.  You can send in this request to magichandsjewelry@gmail.com.

  3. Refunds are issued to original purchaser.

  4. Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged for product of equal value.

  5. Please handle with care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. 

BOGO PROMOTIONS

When returning items as part of a Buy One Get ONE promotion, you will be refunded for the lower priced item in the bundle. If the item returned is a final sale, you will get store credit only. Returns and exchanges will not apply to custom or personalized items.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, Magic Hands Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for a lost package.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is unclaimed and is sent back to Magic Hands Jewelry, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package is returned to Magic Hands Jewelry due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost. Magic Hands Jewelry is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or are lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
